JESS & ANTHONY ZAVAGLIA

OWNERS/ PRINCIPALS

Zavaglia Associates approaches all of our projects with a mindset of thoughtful investment in design and a focus on sustainability.  Our goal is to bring out the inherent beauty of a property to ensure there is a consistency and flow between the interior and exterior spaces of client’s homes, all while meeting their needs, aesthetic, and budget expectations.

Jess brings to the table her skills as a landscape designer certified by the New York Botanical Garden.  Her exceptional work has won her Westchester Magazine’s Best of Westchester award for Landscape Design for 2020 and 2021 and has been showcased in various publications.  Not limiting herself to just design work, for the past 3 years, Jess continues to give back and share her industry experience with future designers as she continues to teach for the New York Botanical Garden.

In addition, we are proud to also work on projects together with Anthony Zavaglia Inc., a landscape maintenance and masonry company run by Jess' husband, Anthony Zavaglia.

Established in 1948 by Tony’s grandfather as a local lawn and landscape maintenance company, Anthony Zavaglia Inc. has been serving Westchester County for over 70 years and is committed to delivering the finest possible workmanship together with cost-effective landscaping solutions.  A family owned and operated organization, Anthony Zavaglia Inc gives individualized care to every job, large or small.  The company offers all types of landscaping services for your commercial and residential property.

Anthony Zavaglia Inc takes pride in their long history of serving residential and commercial developers, general contractors, property management companies, commercial property owners and landscape architects.

As a Design & Build team, Zavaglia Associates and Anthony Zavaglia Inc. are able to fine-tune this process from conception to completion - as a Husband and Wife Team, they completely appreciate that cooperation, coordination and communication is the key!
