Established in 1948 by Tony’s grandfather as a local lawn care and landscape maintenance company, Zavaglia Associates today is a dynamic Landscape Development & Design firm serving Westchester, NYC, and lower Fairfield County, CT.  We approach all of our projects with a mindset of thoughtful investment in design and a focus on sustainability.  Our goal is to bring out the inherent beauty of a property and ensure there’s consistency and flow between the interior and exterior spaces of our clients’ homes, all while meeting their needs, aesthetic, and budget expectations.  We love making our clients’ wish lists for their homes a reality.  As a Design & Build firm, Zavaglia Associates is able to fine-tune this process from conception to completion - as a Husband & Wife team, we completely appreciate that cooperation, coordination, and communication is key!
